[On the camera today is a new face. There's a short delay before he speaks, though it seems that he was just confirming that it was working.]

Hi, everyone! I'm Hiro Kageyama, and I'm one of the new arrivals brought in by that thing. I think that guy called it BREW? Yeah, that thing. I just got in my apartment about an hour or two ago, and after playing around with this communicator a bit, I decided I ought to introduce myself.

So... about me... someone on that opening tour told me that I was a Meister, which means I wield Weapon people. The problem is that, back home, I was just an ordinary high school student. I was never trained in the use of any weapons. So, if I meet any of you Weapons... could you teach me how to use you?

All this is kind of hard to wrap my head around... I'm still not really sure what to think. I just came from saving my own world. Kind of. It's a little complicated. I'm not sure I'm ready to dive into action again just yet. I guess I've got time to think... while I think, could you guys tell me a bit more about this place?

First, I'd like to inform everyone that Morning Training will resume tomorrow morning. I apologize for the inconveniences that arose, but both Lee and I feel as though it was the best course of action given the situation. While the current circumstances aren't ideal and the civilians still aren't entirely complacent, those that may find themselves concerned about the field's security can be assured that there will be a temporary increase in security to maintain the safety of the Guests that attend. Thank you for your patience.

Secondly, there's the matter of city security. The riots have been quelled now that the organizing force has been taken in for questioning. For those that aided the Watch in working to contain the city's unrest, we're very grateful for the assistance. It's unfortunate that we've suffered so many losses lately that we couldn't operate quite as effectively as usual, but with Shibusen's agents and Guest volunteers, we were able to manage. I'll hope a few of you may consider taking an official shift in the near future.

And for those in the Watch that took extra shifts and lost sleep stretching themselves to cover for those we most recently lost, you can relax now.

That said, I know all of you have been keeping demanding schedules lately and it isn't quite necessary any longer. You're free to return to your normal shifts, though if any of you would like to keep up your current assignments for any reason, please let me know. I'm grateful for everyone's diligence and cooperation in the midst of the chaos.

Through the video feed, there's one red-eyed, XXII pin-wearing girl smiling apologetically. And a large box behind her.]

Hey, uh, sorry to bother everyone. Ideally, this isn't how I thought I'd introduce myself, but circumstances have changed somewhat... [She points the camera so it shows the box more.] I get the whole fighting witches and being in a place called Death City, that's fine. But either this box has been following me all day and I have no idea why, or I might have actually just gone crazy.

[Okay, no point in staying in the box if she already knows he's in there. So much for cover. ]

Would you feel better if I told that you were crazy? [He just groans because disguise is no longer effective. ]

You can't just give away someone's position when they're undercover and---[You know what, forget it. He doesn't feel like trying to explain why this whole thing is wrong.]

There is sweat on his brow, but other than that there is hardly any indication that he's been running around town. Apparently it has taken him a bit of time to get psyched up to give this little PSA, but now that he's focused his words come out clearly if a little recited.]

Good evening, everyone!

I am sorry that this is a bit sudden, but my Meister, Hyuuga Neji, and myself, Rock Lee, have decided that it is perhaps for the best that we postpone morning training until the current situation within the city has been rectified.

[There is an awkward pause, as if Lee wanted to say more, but he lowers his eyes from the camera feed and mutters his farewell.]

[The moon can clearly be seen grinning as the feed proceeds to rolling. Standing beneath it with a stoic expression is Oswald. He seems to be surrounded by the little remaining of the group who had been assaulting someone else the previous evening. Bats, chains, and knives, he isn't sure what to make of it. Someone else seems to be holding the communicator as the exchange continues and he isn't exactly making an effort to retrieve it.]

Are you deaf? We said hand over your money not this piece of shit.

[Oswald still doesn't respond, expression still blank. Finally, he just shakes his head and turns away. Weapons are raised at once and they close in]

You little--! What's that?

[One steps forward and grabs a thin blue thorn. Drawing it back, it turns out to be a long, blue-violet feather. Immediately, Oswald it stalking towards the one holding it, the knife completely ignored]

Return that at once.

Oh, so this thing has value to you? A gift from a stupid little g--rk!

[The black gauntlet hand closes tightly around the man's throat and he's lifted from the ground. With his other hand, Oswald takes the feather back and tucks it into his chestplate. In desperate flailing, the knife the man holds cuts at the black armor, but it isn't working. The others approach Oswald, but halt when the man releases a strangled groan]

I will not allow you to speak ill of her.

[And the man is brought crashing into communicator, cutting it off.]

Hey everyone! I wasn't sure if I should do something like this, but I remember that a lot of people do this when it happens so I figured I might as well.

For those of you who know both of us, Zero and I are going to be partners from now on!

[Her smile just gets wider at that, and considering how long she's been here without a partner, most people shouldn't be able to really blame her. She then spins the communicator around to get a look at Zero in her apartment, trying to carry a couple of boxes out of there.]

Zero, why don't you take a break from that for a moment and say hi to everyone?

[Zero blinks at the communicator shoved abruptly into his face.]

Is that really necessary? [he asks her. He sighs]Fine.

I'm Zero, formerly of the Maverick Hunters and now I'm Chika's partner.

[He glares into the communicator.]

Anyone who messes with her will hear from me and my Beam Saber.

[Chika blinks, before letting out a giggle.]

Zero. You ARE the beam saber, remember?

Chika![Almost growl. You are ruining his cool posing with your giggling!]

What?

[She's just giggling some more.]

[The dorm has been updated since the last time she actually used the network like this, Nanami had also been looking for a job then and now that she had one, it was time to start looking to the future. The girl looked into the mirror and lightly cleared her throat.]

I suppose I should start with introductions since there have been many new arrivals since the last time I used the network. I’m Nanami Kiryuu a member of The Watch and a scimitar in Weapon form.

I appreciate the free lodgings here [better than a tent at least] but now that I have a stable job I am looking to move in the next few weeks. The reason I’m sharing this information is because I’m looking at the two bedroom apartments and ideally [there’s a pause because these names… no one should tell her what Tartarus is because she thought it might be better than Murder Manor]Fatality Condominiums and therefore would need one to two roommates. I’m looking for people who appreciate the finer things in life and of course, privacy.

While I’m here, I’m looking for more Meisters I can resonate with in case it’s needed in a rush ever again. I’d also like to go out on some smaller missions so interest in this is a plus. At the moment, I’m not looking for a permanent partner.

This is turning out longer than expected but one final set of questions. It has been brought to my attention that there is a hot spring and salon here but the city is lacking a day spa. I am tentatively considering opening one with all the bells and whistles, facials, massages, aromatherapy steam room etcetera. Would anyone be interested? And since it will not be immediate is anyone interested in a girls day out? This would include shopping, a trip to the hot spring, the salon and then dinner and a night on the town.

Sorry if we didn't have enough of the baskets that we at SEES make for the New Arrivals, but well, things were kinda busy and we didn't even know you were coming this time. If you guys didn't get a basket when you arrived this last time let me know and I'll see what I can do to get one made for you quickly.

[She frowns a bit, before leaning back.]

Of course, things are still pretty crazy as it is. What with everything going on, and what just happened. I wish that you guys could've shown up at a different time if BREW was going to bring you in, but well...

[She shakes her head.]

I am interested in this device you call "BREW." Does anyone of this world know how it functions? Does Shibusen hold a monopoly on its powers? I'm... curious on its ability to manipulate time and space through multiple universes, and to take physical matter with it! Even the most advanced technology - my own, of course [he flips the lab coat for flourish] - of my time could send but small pieces of data without the target matter becoming jellified and... disgusting... How did Mayuri even eat that banana?

For that matter, does anyone of this world know of the space-time warp I, and assumably all you others, have traveled through? I'm curious on, specifically.... the structure of time in this world, and if I can reasonably apply the yarn-theory from my home world-line here.

Finally... [Okabe clears his throat and puts all his charm on.] Does anyone have any old or unused electronics they would kindly donate to the developing Future Gadget Laboratory? If anyone would like to build Future Gadgets with a genius mad scientist, I'd be glad to show you my plans... in private, of course.

So, my naturally scientific side can't help but wonder if BREW has any sort of rhyme or reason for who it brings in, and apparently there's already been interest on whether there is some sort of system. With that sort of discussion going on I can't help but wonder why nothing's been done about the lack of knowledge in that field, so I guess it's up to me.

And with that said -

if you've never seen me before, my name's Bulma Briefs, and I'm an inventor and scientist in my home world.

I'd like to gather some willing participants to see how many worlds this place has drawn people from, and what exactly your roles in these worlds have been. I'm not going to force anyone to participate, because I don't want any skewed results - but I also have to stress that nothing will go past me, so far as any 'secretive' information, and that I need absolute and objective honesty.

There's no other way to do this than to rely on people to be truthful with their information, but I'm hoping that if we can find any sort of pattern, we'll be able to anticipate who may leave or arrive next.

I haven't not finalized my list of things I'd like to know, but I'd like to hear input or questions about it, if anyone has any! I'll keep you all updated about my progress, too!

I'm skilled with traditional weaponry: blades, thrown weapons, and staffs for example. Firearms would be a bad idea since my aim is sub-par.

So in addition to kishin eggs and witches, there's a Madness out there than can affect anyone. You mean to tell me that not only machines can go Maverick now, but people too? If anyone can go Maverick, how have the people here fought against that? *It's an unsettling concept to say the least.*

I'm also trying to see if there's anyone out there who can repair damage to machines. A clinic isn't going to do me a lot of good.
