[Temperatures for today will be 64/46F (18/8C). That seems about normal for the season, right, but at around midday a massive bank of what looks like brown, dirty smoke will sweep in out of nowhere and envelope the city in clouds of choking dust and sand.
Fortunately, city officials will manage to get a warning out before the sandstorm hits completely. Unfortunately, some newcomers will be unceremoniously dumped within the city, right in the middle of said sandstorm.
This will be a week-long day change. The next day change will be on the evening of June 29, GMT +800.]
