On the 27th, my young cousin will be celebrating her 11th birthday. We'll be hosting a small celebration for her and those friends she's made here in Death City. As I'm not aware of all those whom she's connected with, this is a general invitation.

It won't be anything elaborate, just a small event with food provided and only in need of a few others and a handful of gifts. I'm hoping that despite her recent loss, Hanabi-san will be able to enjoy herself for a time. This will however, ideally be something of a surprise, so I'd appreciate some discretion among her friends.

As an additional note, there will not be any alcohol present and I don't expect to find any brought in. That is all, thank you.

If that's the case, then there is the matter of decorations. Nothing extravagant of course, but I've seen decorative paperware in the shopping district. You'd likely have a better sense for what she may like.

Are you going to be alright with organizing this? [ Hanabi can't be the only one upset. ]

I've organized enough operations for my team, I'm sure I can manage a small celebration for my cousin.

[He knows that's not what she means though, and he rifles through one thing or another before he sighs, sounding worn]

It'll give me something to focus on.
