This is an all-points bulletin alert.
I was traveling out in the demolished part of the residential area when I was confronted with an assassin.
Thanks to some quick thinking I am currently unharmed, but the assassin may still be at large.
No name was given, but he is a male, approximately 5'8" in height with a thin face and sharp red eyes. His two most distinguishing features were his unusual red hair with yellow bangs, and an unusual robotic arm with glowing green parts.
He also wanted to go home and knew nothing about Death City, suggesting that he was either incredibly ignorant--which does not seem likely--or that he was a new "guest."
Has BREW been acting up again?

Please be advised, he is VERY dangerous and relishes in killing. Also a special warning to trolls, as he may be holding a grudge. If you see him, please be careful!
