[VOICE. a slight cough; a few seconds of silence; and when he speaks russia's tone is calm and vaguely irritated, but one can make out a smile in that somewhat friendly and polite voice.]
Good day. Russia was here before, though that seems like .... a dream now. How odd! And yet, all the better if it were.
If, ah, certain nations and comrades can make contact with Russia, that would be much appreciated.
[a slight pause; one must have some purpose in these things, otherwise why bother opening the message to the public at all.]
Perhaps Death City can indulge Russia in a game. No need to worry about gains and losses and such, I think the city has a lot of that already! [ha ha ha.] It is a simple game, see. You give me three things about yourself, and I guess which one is right, and if I am right, I get to have your name. If I am wrong, I suppose you can ask me something in return, and I will reply honestly, for the duration of that one particular question, of course. Do choose wisely.
[there is a vague kolkolkolkolkol at the background.]
Of course, you don't have to participate, if you don't want to. Russia is only meaning to alleviate boredom and such things. I'm not the only one who came here, after all, but it is all very annoying and boring to not know everything and everyone. Being alone is so much trouble.
ooc; as the post suggests, it's a two truths and a lie post! russia will ask your character first if they're playing the game or not, and if they choose not to, they can just have a normal conversation with russia without russia sounding out the people in death city so far. have fun~.

[Audio]
Very well, I accept.
The first is that I have many friends.
The second is that I have never told a lie.
The third is that I am not a human.

Oh, are you one of the men-countries like Herr Preußen, perhaps? If that is the case, I can only say that out of all the countries that were once in Death City, only Herr Preußen remains.
As for this little game, I think I would like to try my hand at it, and see if I am able to deceive you.
[There's a pause... and then you hear the sound of him clearing his throat:]
First, would be that I am quite advanced in age.
Second, would be that I am quite devoutly religious.
Third, would be that I am not human.
[Yes, he borrowed that last one from the previous post above, but it could not hurt to attempt to deceive him so as well. It was part of the game to throw him off, was it not?]

Not so crude as Prussia, no.
[hrrrrmmmm. russia really has no religion other than the party, so --]
I would pick ... the second one, this time.
