Hello, everyone. I have an announcement that I wish I could have made under better circumstances... And I would have made it another day or so previous but with the storm....

[He sighs, but then brightens a little.]

Tomorrow is Hyuuga Neji's birthday! Yes, our Watch commander is going to be turning eighteen! Or nineteen. It is a little confusing, given the time difference here and back home.

I do hope you will all wish him a happy birthday as ninja birthdays are precious. Thank you! And perhaps once the storm is over, we will have a sort of small gathering at the Watch Headquarters to share in his special day together.

Condesce-san? I know it is short notice, what with the sandstorm and all, but may I please order some cakes? I understand with conditions as they are it will likely not be ready for a few days, but having a cake would be lovely, nonetheless.

I understand it is short notice and I am sorry it is under these circumstances!! Perhaps a cake that is lighter for Neji and myself he seems to like that sort of thing!

Once the storm is done can you make a few for the office as well I think maybe a spicy cake and one that is chocolate?? That sounds like it could be good and lots of people like chocolate!!

I'll share the ideas with him, for sure. I had no idea Neji and I were so close in age.

I think we will be having a party once the sandstorms have abated, though I haven't made any concrete plans... [There will be a party. But he's just not sure when.]
