[Sinister shadows are gathering around Death City's waterways. Under the cover of the full dark of the moon--and quickly, quickly so as not to be seen by the sentries Shibusen has stationed everywhere, they upend casks of viscous black liquid into the water. The moon can't believe that no one's seeing this, but maybe they're under enchantments or illusions to hide the true nature of their nefarious scheme.

The figures will be gone as soon as their work is done, with no one the wiser. The black blood will start working a day after, and the moon can do nothing but watch...

[The morning training log is still ongoing, and there's also something more fun to do if you're the sportier type. Death City needs a full team of medics to support all the resident guests; volunteers will be greatly appreciated.
