Good day, Death City! It is I, Rock Lee, here to greet you on this fine day!

[Grinning widely, he holds out his communicator to view the city from his place high, high up... somewhere. Anyone familiar with the layout of the city would know he was in the middle, like he might be at the top of the steps of Shibusen, but he's actually much too high for that.

He continues to allow the camera to survey the city as he continues.]

I arrived in this grand city only a few days ago. I apologize for delaying my greetings to you all until today, but I had made it my goal to scout out every inch of this city, which I have just completed! Never you fear, the beautiful beast of Konoha will remain ever vigilant while here in Death City!

[Have your characters had a feeling someone might have been leaping from tree to tree, or maybe there was a man on the ceiling but when they looked up he was gone? Thaaaaaaat may or may not have been Lee.

He returns the camera to his face, and now if you look closely you can see that he's sitting on one of the spires of Shibusen.]

My arrival has come at an excellent time. There seems to be a holiday in progress! But I would warn anyone off the strange looking chocolate. [He pulls a face.] It tastes like fish, which is not proper chocolate!

[And that is your Rock Lee PSA of the day! The camera shuts off after one more look at Lee's dazzling smile.]

How did your scouting go, Lee-san? [Genuinely curious about this. It's very relevant to her interests.]

And also...fish-flavored chocolates? Those don't...sound too good.

It went well! I scoured the entire city! Everything seems to be in order and covered in skulls!

Some have pointed out that it actually was very good! And it was! But it was unexpected and that made is less enjoyable!

[She breathes out a laugh.] I-I think that is normal for this city... Things being in order and covered in skulls. Though, um, I-I think the latter is for the holiday today.

I have been assured by others that it is not that strange. I wish I had only been expecting fish. Then it would not have tasted so bad! [Not eating random chocolate is probably a good idea, though.]

No, I have not had any strange urges. That is a little disappointing. It might have been fun, attempting to sing songs to everyone! And I am always up for hugging!
