Karkat, rest assured, has his own issues to contend with. Things that he is still struggling with. He cares, Eridan. The issue is that he struggles the same as you, in some respects: a struggle to earn respect the only way a troll knows how and yet a certain compassion that is seen as unnatural. He lashes out the same way you do, to protect himself.
Be patient. He will not truly give up on you. Though this journey is a two way street. Unfortunately, Eridan, if you want friends, you have to be willing to listen and attempt to put yourself in their shoes. True friendship and comradely is not about what they can do for you. It's about what you can do for each other.
Now, as for Sollux... He is under my care and I can understand his resentment. Though you do not need to avoid me. After all, I am an adult and am perfectly capable of making my own choices.
