[Don't mind Shirogane not looking at the communicator. He's trying his best to keep his voice calm, but his jaw is tense as he attempts to bore a hole into the wall with his gaze alone.]

[And that's about as much as his pride can take. How he wishes he had been friendlier (or at least what his attempt at being friendly is like: smiling as cheerfully as he can).

Shirogane turns to the communicator for a moment, before he grits his teeth and looks away again, his tone snappish (it's been nearly eleven days since his neighbour has begun "making his life more interesting" and he's close to just kicking Hyoubu until something ruptures.)]

If you don't want to help, that's fine too.

[Just in case the politeness is a ruse, Shirogane opens the door slowly and carefully before he peers out.]

[[Bakura's cheerful smiling face greets him as he holds up a grocery bag]] Delivery!

[Shirogane is happy to see Bakura, really. Kind of happy. At least he's happier than if this were Hyoubu.

He opens the door silently.]

[[Presents the bag cheerfully. He'll come in if invited, but otherwise...]]

[He takes the bag, looking conflicted for a moment because how do you do that 'nice' act again he can't remember. Not to mention the fact that it just doesn't seem appropriate somehow.]

[He can't quite manage the carefree smile he used to be so good at, and his tone is probably even more unfriendly than it is on a good day, but he tried. And now he's going to try to close the door in Bakura's face.]
