[It's a new day, and the latest battle for Death City is over. The third madness wavelength emitter has been located and destroyed, the witches and their awful, awful familiars (giant spiders, why did it have to be giant spiders) have been beaten back, but at a great cost. The dust hasn't settled yet. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of civilian casualties, inside the city and outside--outside, literally at Death City's doorstep, lies the great hulk of the Nocturne Bazaar. Its flight capabilities have been damaged during the upheaval yesterday, possibly beyond repair, and the island's inhabitants--all the merchants, the performers, the ride operators, they've been accepted into the city as refugees, and are currently arrayed along the streets in tents, small comfort against the backdrop of damaged buildings. There's even an entire block that's been completely leveled--by a pair of berserker robots, according to witnesses.

Shibusen is doing everything they can to restore the city to working order. But they just can't get a break, can they? It looks like BREW might be acting up again, too. Let them a hand?
