As we may 8e well aware, there has 8een an alarming amount of activity 8oth in the streets and across the net. It does not take a particularly astute individual to recognize 8oth the magnitude of this escalation, and also the potential consequences it has on us. While I do not 8elieve that retaliation is the 8est solution, and I am saying this as an individual who has 8een personally affected 8y the assault, I would urge you to use 8oth your judgement and sense to protect yourself and prevent escalating the tension further. Emotions flare. People get angry and upset. It will disperse once given enough time. The most important thing to remem8er is that when tempers cool and we address our wound that we look 8ack at the actions we have chosen without em8arrassment or remorse.
