Oi.

Most of you already know about it, but there’s a daily morning training where some people are working so that they can help you figure out how to transform or what your Meister ability is. I’m one of them and as such I have an important message for you. I’m only going to say it once, so wash your ears and listen.

The next smiling idiot who shows up unprepared and expects us to just do all the work for them will be drowned. Don’t waste our time when you can’t even use your poor excuse of a brain to try and think about the solution of your own problems!

I'm not sure who you're talking about, but some people don't have the ability to do anything else.

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about those who think that it's alright to make others do all the work for them.

In the end, they're the ones who are suffering from it. Especially in a situation such as this one.

In this case they get in the way of others as well. They deserve a little pain for that.

Not pain; a scolding and rejection is sufficient. One can't always default to physical punishment.

It's the job of a guardian to be effective, not to be liked. Just as it is the job or a ruler to make sure that everything's working rather than favoring any side.

Wanting to be popular in such an occupation is nothing but giving in to one's vanity.

It's not a case of popularity; I've never cared about that.

But an abundance of violence is a sign that one gets pleasure from the pain of others, not that he is effective in his discipline.

The case is quite simple, isn't it? Come prepared and I won't make you regret it.

In other words, you're using this as an opportunity to fight others rather than to teach them. What skewed priorities.

I've only reacted to what you've said to me. It's hardly my fault if you've not chosen your words well enough to make your intentions clear to me.

You need new ears. I said that it's my job to help them. But the time I can do that each day is limited. So if somebody wants to be bad for others by hogging all that time just because they are too lazy to sit down and think for a couple of minutes - Then I am going to make them pay for that.

If you want to avoid helping somebody, that's your choice, and a valid one. I simply can't approve of defaulting to violence and not caring about meeting a basic level of kindness.

So you really don't care about what others say. Fine, keep going in your righteous rage, I'll prepare to do my job in the meantime.
