For those that may not be aware, I'm Hyuuga Neji. I've recently taken command of the Watch in Sarah Kerrigan's absence, so any issues, questions, or concerns relating to it may be forwarded to me here.
[That was the short and sweet part, but afraid the rest of it won't be]
With the leaders of the kidnappings and riots having evaded capture, we'll be working to maintain the security of both Guests and civilians within the city, while keeping our eyes out for suspicious activity. Assistance in these endeavors would be appreciated.
To those that were held hostage and subjected to that treatment, I'm sorry we weren't able to prevent those captures from occurring. We will work more diligently to prevent anything similar from happening in the future.
Toward that end, the Watch has undergone command restructuring, with Zone Leaders able to effectively cover each active district once again. However, we're still short-handed in a number of areas, if anyone finds themselves interested in joining.
We're looking for clerks to handle administrative duties in the office as well as medics, or those with medical capabilities either on-call or on the field to handle medical emergencies. And of course, we can always use patrolmen to help keep a district secure at all times. Those with some combat experience preferred.

It's been a stressful week, and everyone has been working long hours in the wake of the riots, kidnappings, and schedule changes. It's unfortunate, but our work as far as these issues go hasn't finished yet.
As I mentioned, we need to keep watchful eyes on the city, making note of any suspicious activity. This is why I'll place a higher emphasis on daily reports of a given district. This way, they can be reviewed and analyzed in the hopes of finding information in them that may not be readily visible in a single district report. While these 'leaders' may have only kidnapped a handful of individuals before, we still don't have any idea of their intentions. It may not be over, and that may have been a precursor or even a distraction for something else. In any case, we need to be prepared.
However, there is something else I'd like to address. In light of the recent scheduling changes, I feel it's important that everyone have a good opportunity to meet and familiarize themselves with those they'll be working with. To that end, I intend to hold a Watch Meeting at the office tomorrow morning after Training. I'd also like to address a few potential concerns before they become issues, so I strongly suggest everyone's attendance. There will of course, be refreshments made available, as well.
Those of you that cannot make it for any reason however, please let me know so that I may make note to catch up with you later.
On a final note, I'd appreciate any recruitment efforts, even if it's a simple mention to your acquaintances. I'd like to at least cover the handful of empty shifts we have in the near future.

As a liasion to the Agency, I'd like you to open the information channels between our organizations. I'm willing to lend them my eyes as well, if they need them.

Stein has set the Soul Menace classes to the early evenings of Thursday, Sunday, and Tuesdays, beginning two days from now. They should last between an hour to two, during which I'll need you to handle things at the office. I will of course, remain available should you need to contact me. As well, I'm free to leave early for the first week or so while the rest catch up to what I've learned already.

A small detail; I need to know if you still intend to work the extra shift you took during the riots, so that I can adjust the schedule and assignments accurately.

As for opening the information channels between our organization, I've been giving the Watch office daily reports. But I suppose we should further highlight the relationship between our two groups.
I did mention to you some days back about a few tasks the Watch could help with. Perhaps we should open a kind of mission board for them.

It'll likely need to wait until the dust settles on these incidents before we can take an effective public role again, but at the least, we can encourage inter-relations within the organizations in the meantime. It seems like we're starting over again, as far as public relations go.
