[ With Tenten's recent failure of her mission, Tenten self doubt started to slowly grow. Her focus diverted to dedicating as much time as humanly possible to becoming the best Meister ever for Santana, and, to be able to properly resist madness wavelengths. As such, she's been hitting the gym. A lot.
The feed clicks on to show the brief interface of a treadmill. The time spent signals steadily increase. So far, she's spent nearly two hours on it alone. She seems to be moving at 9.5 miles per hour. Her heavy breath gasps for air irregularly. She takes the feed and focuses on herself as she continues to train. She hangs the feed in a place that's more focused on her and less on the treadmill. ]
Good afternoon, Death City! And hello to all of you newcomers! My name is Tenten, and I run the weapon training at morning training with the actual weapons. Not the "I'm a person but I'm also a staff" type of weapon. If you're interested in sparring or honing your skills, drop by!
I wanted to ask the entire network a couple of questions. [ She wasn't quite sure how to phrase them that'll cast herself in a negative light. Hooray for neutral phrasing! ] The first is, what type of qualities to you seek out or find admirable in a Meister? If you're a Meister who wants to talk about what qualities you wish to have for your weapon, that's all right too.
The second is one that should apply to everyone. What do you view failure as? An opportunity to grow? Something that's shameful that you'll never ever reveal? A lesson? How do you cope with failure? It's not that I failed [ Tenten: She's Tsundere over failure! ] I'm just curious about it since I heard that the missions suddenly became really really difficult over night. Stupid Kishin eggs getting stronger. Seriously, what's up with tha-
[ And then Tenten does something stupid. She stops moving. Immediately, the high speed treadmill flings her off the belt. She hollers loudly as she careens into a collection of punching bags causing them to eject at the impact and spread out around the gym. One of them rolls towards the feed as Tenten struggles to get up. ]
Fuck! I've had my teammates sent home, my foot chewed on by a damn Kishin egg, been lit on fire and robbed, grounded at the hospital watching everyone else enjoy themselves, failed a mission and now my partner's avoiding me, I've just been flung from a damn treadmill and it's still January. [ A brief impatient huff as Tenten strolls back to the treadmill. Her hand lingers over the feed as she turns it off with a very caustic remark. ] Happy 2010. Everyone just answer the questions, please. Ignore what just happened. [ SHE WILL MAINTAIN DIGNITY. ]

[He will answer your questions though]
I think a Meister needs to be someone that I can work well with and trust. That is what is most important.
I guess your second question depends on what type of failure it is. But if they can be fixed, I would work on that. If they cannot, I see no point in worrying over what has already happened.
Those are good answers, though. Do you search for a Meister with a home similar to yours so they get you better or do you not mind someone that comes from a different home?
You're right. Failure lets you know that you can definitely improve. It gives you direction. What type of failure wouldn't allow you to improve? [ ...Please give her an answer she likes, Sai.
And by that, I mean give her the worst answers imaginable. ]
[Of course he is going to give you the worst answers Tenten] Well.. if you made a mistake which caused somebody to die, that would be something that you could never improve. Or if you died yourself, of course.
And i suppose anything else that resulted in a permanent, serious injury for somebody or resulted in a ruined relationship...?
[ Sai's words strike a chord with Tenten. Santana had no knowledge of the military, or at least her military. The differences between them were massive and absolute. There was no way one could properly be able to feel like the other girl. Santana was a normal high school girl with a few unique qualities. To Tenten, that was an average civillian life. Tenten always thought of herself as one of the most normal people she knows, yet, to Santana, she was worlds apart with her military experience, history, and her world in general. Perspective. The one thing that was too crucial to forget, she couldn't remember. ] Huh. My partner is just a girl from high school. She doesn't have military knowledge, but, I think she can understand easily.
[ She sighs. She knows no one will die because of her quick thinking with Santana to warn the village to keep the kiddies indoors but not getting to the heart of the matter is disappointing. ] We haven't made a mistake that horrible yet.
Not ruined, but judging by the avoidance, it's starting to look pretty damaged. No serious injuries either.
I believe some people are capable of learning, even if they do not currently possess the knowledge.
[Its true- he fully believes that there are people here that may seem like ordinary civilians to them but could easily adapt to that military mindframe.]
Then it is fixable. All you can really do is talk to them and find a way to work around the problem, Tenten.
[video] | thank you!
[ Santana is a sharp girl. She should be able to pick up on the basics, though Tenten should make an equal amount of effort to learn about her world. ]
I'm going to try it. No need to worry about that, Sai!
[vid]
I am sure you will be more than able to work through your problems Tenten. [He smiles because he believes it is true]
sudden filter no jutsu B)
[ ISN'T THIS WONDERFUL? ]
Now then, you know that Sara is back, right? [ ....Yep. She's just going to start her nefarious schemes.... of gathering information! ]
;D
[He smiles, actually having NO IDEA IF HE HELPED, OR HOW.]
...Yes, I spoke to him on the day he arrived. Why?

no subject
To be honest I haven't really spoken to any of our group in a few days. You may know more than I do.
no subject
Hm. All right. [ She'll ask Guy-sensei then. ]
no subject
What do you think about it?

[He doesn't care about Sasuke, but he does about Naruto. And doing something to one tends to affect the other.]
no subject
[ Complete this sentence Sai. She doesn't know how scathing to be yet! ]
holy hell did i forget about this orz orz
It's just..
I would be more than happy to tell Saralegui everything but the only reason I don't is because of the obvious tension that would cause between everyone.
You know how Naruto might act if I did that.
it's fine!
no subject
What would you do, in my situation?
no subject
I'd tell him, of course.
no subject
[Hrm. Maybe he will tell him, then. Or at least tell Naruto to tell him. Or let tenten!]
Why do I have to do it?
no subject
Well, that's the great thing about this Sai! You don't have to tell him everything. [ She already did that, Sai! ]
