Roy Mustang, leader of the Watch, has been returned by BREW. Along the same vein, Riza Hawkeye and Flynn Scifo have also been returned to their appropriate worlds. As of now, the Watch has lost the three heads of the organization.

As such, it seems appropriate for Zone Leaders to be the heads of their appropriate areas until which time that the Watch can gather its members to discuss the future. I will also be contacting Shibusen for their input, given they originally gave Mustang the salute to form the Watch.

[Somehow, she keeps all emotion out of her voice. It's entirely business-like.]

At this time, I would like to suspend recruitment for the organization until we have figured out the logistics. Those people in Death City who had been interested in joining, please give us time to reorganize and then I would like to re-open a recruitment program if we remain the same.

Some of your members may be required to be present to discuss the future of the Watch. Right now, the organization has lost its head. If anyone of Shibusen has suggestions, perhaps they could be presented to the group as a whole when all the members gather.

I honestly don't know. My experience with Shibusen is minimum.

...hah. Well, that answers that then. [He tries to sound as casual as possible, mostly because he knows there's no point in starting up a panic... even if he suspects this won't result very well. A group like this without leadership is on some seriously dangerous water if left unfixed.]

Mister Mustang approached me about a potential promotion to Zone Leadership a couple of days before although he was back then not entirely sure of any details. It will work out. For now, continue with your duties as usual. When we gather, decisions will be made. This doesn't change current defenses of the city much.

Perhaps, but we can't rely on that every time the three of them decide to have BREW snatch them away.

I will look through the paperwork that he left behind to see about the elevations of status. Carry on as usual, Aion. Just be there if there is a meeting of the members.

For now, continue with duties that have been assigned to you. They may change in the coming days, but for now, stability is all that can be asked for.

I'll do my best. Let's keep things as orderly as possible until we can gather the members. As for clerks, if you have extra time, could you have back-ups of important documents sent to the Agency for safe-keeping?

I know I haven't really done much here in tangent with the Watch, but the immediate safety of the city is something I am concerned about.
