I am told at this time that it is best to celebrate still being alive even if you are injured. I do not know what this truly means, but in two days, it is Roy Mustang's birthday.

It seems like the celebration shall have to be both in relation to surviving the earthquake and his birth. This may mean that presents are not required since it returns to the idea that those that can hear and see me still are enough of a "gift."

Is that acceptable for everyone?

It is going to be at the Northern Lights. I am told that is a large enough building to have a party of this sort. I still am uncertain how to "throw" a party, however.
