3. Video, March 8th, late afternoon
[He's seated at his table. There's a full wineglass next to him, and a bottle beside that. He seems in a rather pleasant mood, but that might be because of the wine.]
How many of us are there, hm? Not the Centauri, I am the only Centauri.
[He's also had a bit to drink, so he's not making his point well.]
The others. The ones who are not human, yes? There are many of us? Or only a few? I cannot tell.
And I cannot tell how many are human and from worlds where they know of aliens. Sometimes, it seems like a very small number. But there are some, yes? Not all of the humans are oblivious, surely.
It is strange, to have so few who know the stars.
[Londo chuckles.]
And here I am thinking of them, but it is rose-water nostalgia, as you humans say. For all of their beauty, there is much that goes on among the stars that is not to be enjoyed.
[Now he grins widely, looking at the screen.]
Oh, and if my good, esteemed G'kar is watching... I have a partner. You, I am betting, do not. Good luck with that, yes? You will need it. Or perhaps I should say your partner will need all the luck in the universe, and all of the patience, dealing with you.

[ooc: Turns out my memory is faulty and that episode actually was RIGHT before G'kar's canonpoint. Whoops. I guess he just...didn't get the news? Haha...]

You, you are not honest. Daggair and Mariel, they were not honest.
[ooc: No worries! He could have just been disappointed his attempt to kill Londo failed.]

You, Emperor? And I, I suppose, am the King of Narn!

I forget how much I enjoy you being from the past. Oh no, G'kar. You, you flew off with a crazy redheaded human because you liked crazy, and you liked redheads, and you liked human women. Out to the rim, you went. I never heard anything about your return, no.
What is it the Earthlings say? And nothing of value was lost?

[But Londo's no longer laughing, because Vir's killing was accidental, and Refa had been... had been a huge mistake.]
The fools that were in the way were removed by other means. The Republic can now prosper again.

[His voice tells you all you need to know about how he feels about that. Cowardice.]

[But you still have both of your eyes, and you would not understand.]
You will see. Or see in part.
[Londo chuckles at the joke that only he gets.]
Oh, and I did try to kill you, but that was years ago and Mister Garibaldi stopped me.
