3. Video, March 8th, late afternoon
[He's seated at his table. There's a full wineglass next to him, and a bottle beside that. He seems in a rather pleasant mood, but that might be because of the wine.]
How many of us are there, hm? Not the Centauri, I am the only Centauri.
[He's also had a bit to drink, so he's not making his point well.]
The others. The ones who are not human, yes? There are many of us? Or only a few? I cannot tell.
And I cannot tell how many are human and from worlds where they know of aliens. Sometimes, it seems like a very small number. But there are some, yes? Not all of the humans are oblivious, surely.
It is strange, to have so few who know the stars.
[Londo chuckles.]
And here I am thinking of them, but it is rose-water nostalgia, as you humans say. For all of their beauty, there is much that goes on among the stars that is not to be enjoyed.
[Now he grins widely, looking at the screen.]
Oh, and if my good, esteemed G'kar is watching... I have a partner. You, I am betting, do not. Good luck with that, yes? You will need it. Or perhaps I should say your partner will need all the luck in the universe, and all of the patience, dealing with you.

There are perhaps more than I originally thought, but a world for humans still leaves us in the minority.

[He pauses for a moment of thought.]
Perhaps that is why no aliens have visited this planet, from this universe, hm? They see the sun, and the moon, and they leave as quickly as possible.

And I do not know the answer to your question. They have not been to space, and their year is earlier than mine. I do not know enough of Earth history to say what lines up. But the kishin and the witches, if they are a part of the Earth's history in my own universe, then they have been completely defeated and are never spoken about, not at all.
[audio]
Hm, I admit my knowledge of Earth's history is lacking as well. I was merely curious if you knew of any similarities, but so far this planet appears to be the only common denominator.
[audio]
I cannot say what similarities there are when I do not know anything about the space here. The humans, they have not been out there.
[audio]
It is a shame they are still bound to this planet. How long have your people been among the stars?
[audio]
My people have been among the stars for hundreds of years, building a vast civilization and Empire.
