Ummm…I've been doing some reading up on places people have mentioned, and I was wondering…

If they aren't listed on the Mission Board, are we allowed to visit them? Or is it unsafe to do so anyway? And if we can, how would we go about it?

Strange? How so. I would have thought that any form could be used by someone if their skill his high enough.

Well, it's an obijime that can be used like a whip. If you haven't trained with one, it's a little hard.

My apologies, but I'm afraid that I am uncertain to what an obijime is.
