Excalibur. He's the legendary sword that has the power to do anything, including ending this war. Unfortunately for us, he's stubborn, refuses to do any work unless one practically turns all of Death City to servility and has outrageous and unworkable demands. He's also very flippant and self-absorbed meaning he's hard to work with.
