On the 27th, my young cousin will be celebrating her 11th birthday. We'll be hosting a small celebration for her and those friends she's made here in Death City. As I'm not aware of all those whom she's connected with, this is a general invitation.

It won't be anything elaborate, just a small event with food provided and only in need of a few others and a handful of gifts. I'm hoping that despite her recent loss, Hanabi-san will be able to enjoy herself for a time. This will however, ideally be something of a surprise, so I'd appreciate some discretion among her friends.

As an additional note, there will not be any alcohol present and I don't expect to find any brought in. That is all, thank you.

[He's used to people over looking him honestly given that Edward has always been the one out for attention. Of course, most of the time it's him being mistaken for the famous Fullmetal Alchemist. Of course, that's the least of his problems here, but it has been nice to lead a quiet lifestyle for a change.]

That's fine. Maybe instead you could tell me what sort of things your cousin likes? You can't have a birthday without presents!

[Neji simply nods along with the introduction, unwilling to say 'nice to meet you' when they'd already spoken and technically haven't met yet. After all, he doesn't even know what Alphonse's face looks like behind the armor]

She enjoys ink painting and I've seen her wood carving a few times.

I see. Do you happen know where in Death City I might be able to find someplace to purchase things relating to these hobbies?

[Mostly he's looking for some kind of craft store and he's been occupied enough since his arrival that he hasn't gone around to any of the local shops yet.]

I passed by a place in the mall that had a shop that seemed to cater to them, though I don't recall the name of it at the moment.. It was in the southeastern wing, however.

I'll be sure to check around there then. I'm sure some of the shop owners will be able to direct me to the proper store.

Also, I know you must be busy but I was curious if you'd be able to spare a moment. I know you mentioned that Edward worked under your section of the Watch. I was curious how someone like myself might look to join and help out?

The Watch has undergone some changes recently, so we haven't had a chance to officially open recruitment again. However, as Zone Lead I am given command of my own district and so I could recruit you on a temporary basis until you pass through official documentation if you'd like.

[Well, he's been here a few days now and through a mission. Not to mention it's where Edward works and with discussions going occurring at home between Ed, himself, and Hades about finding a larger apartment he wants to do his part to help pay for it.]

I wouldn't mind waiting if you don't feel comfortable.

[The last thing he wants to is to be the cause any problems when all he wants to do is help.]
