Does anyone know if a holster can be made something like this? It can't accidentally press the other buttons, but I still have to be able to press one.

And is it normal for Weapon abilities to change?

You can probably make a pretty simple one for it. With holes for the buttons for quick reach. Something like a gun holster, but wider, I guess.

You would need to keep it stiff on the side of the hip, lest it fall against your leg and press itself. Have you tried crossing two strips of leather against your belt?

You would need it made to fit the weapon but couldn't be too difficult to stitch.

I don't know about changing, but they could get upgraded as the weapon grows stronger.

Couldn't you just use a large pouch? The kind you can stick at your waist, uh... Something like a, uh, fanny pack, if I recall the name correctly. Except adjusting the pouch to be more spherical. And for the top, maybe use a metal button fastener so that you can quick unclip it and pull Keroro out...
