[Hitsugaya is a little reluctant to go to the network with this, but it's already been a day. He's in his room, which could just as well be Sougo's room with the amount of his things scattered there. He keeps his face neutral, but the slight furrow of his brow could indicate to those who know him well a certain amount of concern.]

When someone's belongings are still around, does that mean they're still in Death City, or is it possible they returned to their world?

That said, has anyone seen Okita Sougo?

[He's not sure whether or not to assume his partner is dead in a ditch somewhere. :|]

From several sources, there are a small number of possibilities that could have occurred:

First, would be that they have gone back to their world, but perhaps shall return some time later after having lived through a certain amount of time. For us, it is a short time, but for them it might be a longer amount of time. It has happened several times in my stay here.

Second, would be that they perhaps have been taken. I was told that the Witches once kidnapped a large number of guests from their rooms. I have not heard of the like again, and does not seem to be a likely possibility for the time being.

Third, with the earthquake that happened as of late, they might have been harmed in some way and might be in the hospital.

Fourth...

It is rather dark to think about that possibility, but I would think you can understand my meaning.

Then again, there might be some other possibility that I do not know that might exist for the person that are looking for.

Well if his belongings are still here, then he's still here in Death City.

[ Raspy cough and a soft laugh before he speaks. ]

Is that the only way to know? If there is something still here that is theirs remains, it means they live?

I think that they're more likely to still be here or have left but will be returning at some point. I can't say if the leave will be brief or not, as I was gone for about a month, month and a half before returning and my stuff was all here when I returned.

That guy, slacking off again...

[ When the video flickers on, Kondo's just sitting there. Silently. Trying to conjure up words worthy enough for a piece of shounen manga greatness. ]

[ Hearing the name "Sougo" pop on the network initially causes a bit of shock and restlessness to stir up in her. Seeing as how it only seemed appropriate, she taps the "reply" key gingerly before making her appearance on-screen. ]

Hey, you're Sougo's partner, right? It's nice to finally meet you... even if it is on this thing. [ She motions towards the device, but obviously that's not the only thing wrong in this situation. ]

If his stuff is still there he's probably still in this world.
