Good afternoon, Death City... this is Tsurugi Yuuichi.

Have any of you seen my little brother, Kyousuke lately? I went to wake him up this morning and his apartment was empty so I figured he was already up... but I couldn't reach him when I tried calling him.

I haven't seen him all day and I'm starting to get really worried.
