I've just heard word of every8ody's success in the mission at Lake Tahoe.
You should all feel proud of yourselves, though I dou8t you need to hear it from me. :::;)

I do find myself more than a 8it curious to know a8out what happened specifically, however.
Does any8ody mind letting me know?
I would very much like to hear of your first-hand accounts, if any8ody is willing to share them.

It was cold, and the weather was unrelenting, seemingly fueled by the prominence of the Madness Wavelength. Lee and I took down two distorted wolves and a Kishin Egg before we were forced to rest at the medic camp. Fortunately, we managed to escape significant injury, though we were unable to progress much further.

I am a doctor that went along to assist with the wounded. I was not there to witness all that occurred beyond that, but I can say that many were taken care of.

We could hardly see anything in front of us, due to the snow, and had to climb up the mountain. Me and Sendo found a snowmobile, but- a[wellp] it broke down. [it was Saya's fault]

Got attacked by a mountain lion.

It was fun.

I quite enjoyed it. We managed to kill few mutated animals, fight a kishin.

I do admit the snow was a step-back, at first, but we managed. Even after the small avalanche.

Not stranded. After the snowmobile broke down, we stood in that area fighting off mutated animals and kishin eggs.

After, we just had to walk down the mountain. Down is always easier.

I was being sarcastic.

A very minor one. [that she might have caused]

I didn't get too hurt. And Sendo is too stubborn to even accept he is injured.

They always are. [she worries]

In this place, it's hard to tell. [because not many people understand sarcasm]

Yes. There was a snow storm that made it hard to see and walk. The ski slopes weren't clean, obviously, so the snow eventually fell to lower slopes as people climbed up. [or threw trees and mutated animals around]

I guess the only word to sum all of it up would be 'freezing'.

.. Then again, I do hope nobody bothered to make the whole 'it was cool' joke, since it's a horrible pun.

I do not mind. The majority of the cases come down to the conditions we were in. As it was very cold and some are not used to the weather, many would suffer from an inability to cope with it. To treat something like that, we kept people out of the cold and they were given blankets and warm food or drink if their condition would allow for it.

For cases like frostbite, if there would have been any, we would have been more thorough and focusing on keeping it from getting any worse.

Other injuries would be from their battles with the Kishin Eggs and whatever else happened to be up there. These could ranges from minor cuts and bruises to more serious conditions such as severe bleeding on the outside or internally. Those have a wide range of treatments.

Madness seems to affect everything.. humans, animals, even the environment.. We were travelling through a blizzard that seemed to worsen as we stepped closer to the location of the emitter. Naturally, the madness wavelength grew stronger along the way. That's what it means.

I stayed with the medic tents so I know very little of what happened at the frontlines, but there were a lot of cold-related injuries, as to be expected from a mission under freezing conditions.
