[Here is Sarah looking uncomfortable and picking a little at the bandages around her throat. She doesn't seem to care much for the clothing she's force to wear either, evidenced by the rumpled appearance that she has. Looks like she's slept in those... and possibly wore them more than one day. It isn't really like her at all.

Still, she appears composed aside from picking and her eyes are as sharp as ever.]

Good Morning. [That's as close to friendly formality as she gets.] It has been brought to my attention by various agencies that the city has been assaulted with thievery in the residential quarters. While this isn't unheard of, I would simply like to bring to the attention of the public and members of the Watch organization to keep an eye out for this criminal, particularly those who patrol residential areas.

[She pauses long enough to look at a piece of paper before continuing.] The individual in question is a Caucasian male, thin, approximately 5'10" tall with dark short curly hair. He was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with grey pants and what appears to be combat boots. He had a black backpack on at the time of the sighting.

At this point, he is not considered dangerous as he has been spooked from one of the residences he was apparently attempting to gain entry to. Either way, use caution if you see and attempt to approach this man. It would be preferable if approached in pairs or with proper authority.

If a member of the public identifies this man, contact the appropriate authorities, which would be the police, the Agency or the Watch.

[So when the video actually came on, it was evident that it came on completely by accident. It probably fell at some point and switched itself on while he was struggling. After all, Zagi decided to assault Aranea and not bother listening to any of the explanations about where the hell he was, what he was now, and especially what this communicator was. It must have fallen to the floor and activated on its own. The angle of the video was from the floor slightly to the side with partial view of this predicament. He was tied up with rope to a chair and he looked, quite frankly, really pissed off.]

Damn it....

[There was a little bit more struggling against those ropes, but to no avail. The room was dark and obviously in somebody's apartment. There was a bit more struggling before he just sort of slumped forward. Being able to get himself out of this would've been so easy if he had his weapons on him or if his prosthetic still had that blastia there. When that bastard got back...]

[Feel free to mock him. He got himself into this after all. He was obviously being kept alive and looked like a mess.]
