As many of you have noticed, Maito Gai was returned by BREW a few days ago, leaving Morning Training without a coordinator. However, as the debris has been cleared from the field, Morning Training will effectively resume. As his students, Lee, Tenten, and I will be taking over the coordination and set up each morning for the time being. If anyone has anything they arranged or need arranged in these regards, please inform us and we'll assist you. Thank you.


Another note for new guests and those displaced within the city, I'm Hyuuga Neji and I oversee Outer Residential District I as a Zone Leader for the Watch. This area includes Casualty Communal and Creeping Crypts. For those of us assigned here, it's our responsibility to ensure the safety and security of the citizens within. As such, patrols are regulated through the district daily. Don't hesitate to contact us with concerns or for assistance, and for questions or emergencies, my contact can be found here. That is all.

In the wake of this attack, I feel it's prudent to announce that I've achieved the ability to resonate over moderate distances through Clairvoyance under Azusa-san's instruction. Of course, I'll be working to increase my range to its full potential, but in the meantime, I'd appeal to the Weapons of the Watch to attempt base resonance with me.

I have no interest in wielding anyone; this would simply be for situations in which coordination and a greater field of vision would allow this organization to manuever more efficiently, enabling faster responses and a more widespread understanding of our surroundings and enemy movements. For those who may be interested, I'll be available during Morning Training.
