Last time he made an announcement of this kind, he had done it rather uninterestedly for he did the announcement just to force Yuuri to become his fighting partner, however, that hadn't been much of a smart move. Yuuri has already made his decision, and as much as that upsets him to no end, he too will have to move on.

This time he sincerely intends to find a weapon of his own. If Yuuri had found someone else, then so will he. ]

Good morning, Death City.

My name is Wolfram von Bielefeld and I am a Meister with Fire abilities looking for a partner for missions. I am also well-adept at wielding a sword and I am best at dealing offensive attacks, so someone with defensive skills would be ideal.

I used to be able to control fire freely in my world. Although I am no longer capable of using it as I did, I was informed I have a Scorching Soul; however, I haven't had the opportunity to test it's power. [ that is why he wants to look for a Weapon. ]

[ He withers more as the realization dawns. ]
