Has anyone figured out what having that Madness emitter so close to Death City might have done to things? BREW's been acting a bit strange since then, I think... it hasn't been giving any warning for anyone to set up welcomes for new arrivals, and there haven't been as many. Though it's hard to tell when it's not all at once...
Do you think something changed? Either having it be that close or destroying it... If BREW really is bringing in less people now and not being flashy about it like before, maybe we're getting closer to wining?
