[The screen comes on, showing one of the thin alleyways not far from Shibusen. Pale fingers are roaming over the screen, obviously using the other functions on the DEMISE alongside the video function. Very quickly it's evident that he's not showing on screen due to actual care with the camera's aim, not due to the camera being on by accident.]

...it's amazing how similar they are! [Though maybe that was picked up by accident, since it's certainly not aimed at the microphone]
