Hey there everyone, your resident goddess of love here with special guest miss Rise Kujikawa for the first ever Death City broadcast of my show!

Hey everyone! I'm really excited to be here for such a special occasion. Thank you for having me on the show, Cupid-chan!

Thank you for agreeing to help out, Rise! Now, in just a few moments, Rise and I will start off with advice to questions that were left in my inbox in this last week or so. After that you're all free to send in texts to my inbox or just comment right here and we'll get to any questions you might have or have been too bashful to send in!

And don't be shy about it. Remember, there's probably at least one other person out there who's wondered the same thing you are, or had similar troubles to those you're having. So by asking our advice you're not only helping yourself, you're helping those other people too.

Now, since this is a little different than my usual shows, I just have a couple of rules to put in place. One- nothing that will make me have to paraphrase for the sake of the younger residents without a filter, and two- no commentary about how 'romance is stupid'. If you're going to act like a pre-teen, I will not hesitate to take you to school on the matter.

Right. And serious questions only, please. If you think the subject matter means it's okay for you to waste our time with fake nonsense questions, you'd better think again. We'd much rather spend our time helping those who genuinely need our help.

Oh- well, I can definitely feel you on that one too. But it's hard not to miss your friends when something like this happens... I'd say the best way to do it is to not let yourself think about how you miss them too much or too often. It's hard, but it's doable.

[Sheepishly-]

Oh... well. I honestly don't know what to tell you on that front- I've never been in love.

[ferroustigmata]

I was afraid that's what you'd say...

[Sasha blinks in surprise.] Really? I would have thought you're the kind of person to leave broken hearts in her wake.

[amorini]

Sorry- sometimes things like that can only be dealt with in certain ways.

[That... actually rubs her the wrong way, considering she's just finished dealing with a mind-controlling, heart-breaking vampire back home.]

I'm not like that at all! I help with romance, not help ruin it. Granted sometimes there are times when I have to make someone see the light about their relationship not being quite what they think, but that's par for the course.

[ferroustigmata]

Ah...

[Sasha brings up a hand to his mouth in order to stifle a chuckle.]

You're not used to being teased, are you?

[A huff, and her nose wrinkles a little.

Teasing is one thing, calling her a heartbreaker is another]

Not when it comes to romance, I'm not.

I apologize. I hadn't meant actual broken hearts; but rather those who would attempt to catch your eye, but not hold up to your standards.

[amorini]

...well. Honestly, I don't think it's ever been that way. I think... most guys worry that if they like me, it's because I covertly hit them with an arrow or something.

[ferroustigmata]

An arrow?

[Oh, right, that's how the myth goes...]

Is that actually something you do?

[amorini]

Only in emergencies. Dad doesn't really just hand them out, you know?

[Besides, after her first few disastrous uses, her advice is way more on-target than her arrows.]

But it's not something I'd ever use for my own gain.

[ferroustigmata]

And unless you were the manipulative type [of which Sasha knows plenty] it wouldn't feel very...ah, rewarding, I guess.

[amorini]

Exactly- besides, the effect can be negated if it has to be. [Or at least, the ones Cupid is allowed do.] But if they're used, it's usually only to get people to see what's already there.

[ferroustigmata]

Wouldn't that cause suspicion if someone suddenly becomes enamored with another person they've known for a long time?

[amorini]

Not really- teenagers, you know? But like I said, it's an absolute last resort. I usually try subtler methods first, if I can manage it.

[ferroustigmata]

...teenagers?

[He doesn't know you were going to high school...]

[She is really fond of the whole school thing tbh.]

Yeah. The ones at my school, mostly- though sometimes I'll be on vacation with the family and Dad will point me in the right direction.

[ferroustigmata]

Still going with the family business despite formal education, then?

[amorini]

Well, yes- I really like it! But I mean, I'm also a pretty long-lived kind of ghoul. I can do a lot with the kind of time I'll have to look forward to, you know?
