[The hallway behind him isn't his own. In fact, anyone who has been over to Yako's would know he's standing right in front of her door. He's posting this video after knocking for a desperately long time.]

...I haven't heard from her in a while, so I was going to check on her. She's not at any of her usual locations, either.

She didn't reply to a text I sent her last night. So I came to check up on her....

[That dreadful pause made him horribly anxious, and his words are only making it worse.]

...Maybe she had an appointment somewhere, and forgot her device.

[An optimistic suggestion, as she may want privacy regarding certain things, but his tone betrays his theory. Yako usually stays in pretty reliable communication]

[Takuto is willing to ignore that tone of voice as best he can. Otherwise he'll be panicking.]

That could be it. Or maybe there was a really good price on a buffet on her way to work. Or both, even.

[It seems like such a long time ago. And it'd been nothing more than a silly text, a 'have a good day.']

...hmph. So much for that theory. She eats a lot, but she wouldn't be at a restaurant for twenty-four hours straight.

[Though it seemed likely she'd been gone since at least last night. Which was pretty worrisome.]

There's got to be some kind of normal explanation for her not answering her communicator.
