There was a science group before, meant to work with Shibusen. So actually asking Shibusen wouldn't be that strange, as long you don't mention anything too specific. And yeah, you can do it; you are the genius robot-builder, after all. [ and matt really hates the business relation part of his job (and everything else), so if someone could do it fore him, it'd be great ]
