Twelve heroes there were, neither man nor divine, who came forward to challenge their reign, each under the auspices of a house of the heavens and bearing the marks of the zodiac as a sign of their covenant; together, they forced the Lucavi back to the abyss. And so in time, they became known as the Zodiac Braves; and, ever after, when discord and strife paid visit to the halls of men, they would return to save us once more.
