[Lee was thinking more along the lines of the Witches or the Erinyes. As long as it's not them, he's totally cool with anyone else!]

Er...yes, she would not do and say things she does and says if she would not...love me. [It is so odd and great that he has the chance to say something like that it almost makes him cry. But it was extremely uncool.

Well, if Sheena would ask Saya-san maybe she would hel...and there's Ryou-kun here, he's good at cooking, too, but Sheena doesn't want him to work that day. I tried to tell her that the cooks are basically the special guests of the wedding with being so close to the drinks and food, but she has odd ideas on weddings...Or maybe Sheena is right, and I have odd ideas.

You know, I'm pondering here...Lee-kun, why are you single? Do you think you're still too young for a serious relationship?

[Love is an amazing thing. Lee doesn't understand when he meets people who seem to think love is an illusion. Seriously, it can bring out the best and the worst in people, and cause others so much joy and heartache. Love was amazing in all its ways, the good and the bad. And that wasn't a bad thing at all, not when it brought so much happiness to others. Lee was glad to know both Sheena and Yamazaki were experiencing it firsthand with one another.]

Well, the ones who cook for you are certainly just wanting to do their part to make your wedding as special as ever! Perhaps in that sense they are the special guests!

[But asking Lee about his being single... well, technically he wasn't completely single here. Sort of. He had a partner! And he cared a great deal about Neji but... well. It wasn't the romantic type of love he had always imagined it to be. So Lee decided to be frank.]

Ah... I believe that youth is the best time for love! But... ah, that is... I... um...

..... I am not really... boyfriend material. So far, the girl I like the most only ever has considered me a friend.

[The world Yamazaki had lived in didn't let him experience love and learn about it too much. The short period of time he spent with Sheena as his boyfriend taught him a lot and he was thankful to Death City to get the chance to feel as he felt toward Sheena. He was so happy about it he wished the same blessed feeling to everyone around, especially to Lee-kun, who was so kind and patient to him, and who would have deserved to be loved dearly.

Well, you know Sheena is right. If Ryou-kun considers coming to our wedding, he'll be a guest, a real one. He's one of Sheena's best friends here.

[Having a partner was another thing Yamazaki didn't learn yet, but if Lee would have talked about his feelings to him, he would have been the most understanding person Lee could ever imagine...and Lee would have been the most misunderstood person of the year! For Yamazaki love, liking, protectiveness, admiration and respect were way too similar so he still wasn't able to make difference between them, not always.]

Don't be silly. You are boyfriend material, more than I am! You're so mature and kind... are you sure the girl thinks of you only as a friend?

[Lee was lucky. He could have grown up in just as dark and dreary a situation as Yamazaki, but he had Gai-sensei and a caring team to turn to in his youth.]

If Sheena does not wish for him to cook, then so it shall be. The rest of us will simply work extra-hard to make sure there is enough food for all! [And anyone who knows Bakura would also know that he'd eat half the food at the party all on his own. Quite a bit of hands will be needed...]

[Perhaps one day that talk would be had! But for now, Lee is focused more on answering Yamazaki's questions and on Yamazaki's wedding itself. But someday...]

Ah, you think so? [Lee grins, pleased to hear it.] It may be that they are just looking at the wrong things. Like my eyebrows. Some say they are like caterpillars. And then they make fun of my spandex, but Gai-sensei wears the same thing and he is the most manly of men I have ever met!

[Just being fair to the world where Yamazaki was raised up it must be told that he had comrades he liked more or less and people he looked up on...more or less.]

The rest of you? But who they will be? If we can't find anyone Sheena and I'll help you out! [Yamazaki almost turned theatrical, but the thought of being a chef on his own wedding was to amusing not to laugh. I can make egg rolls in different taste.

[Yes, Yamazaki would have been honored if one day Lee-kun shared his deepest thoughts and dreams with him, in an appropriate moment when his mind is not full of wedding plans and caterpillars...wait, where did the caterpillars come? Oh, right, Lee-kun mentioned them!]

Well, caterpillar...it's a bit rued, but...didn't you try to shave a part of it? Maybe it would help. But I would not worry because of the clothes I am wearing. If they laugh at you or look down you because of it than they just don't accept you. Nevermind them, Lee-kun, and never give up!

Ah, well.... Whomever it is that is cooking of course! If you may many types of eggrolls... Perhaps we could talk Keroro-san into making his dumplings? [Though that might be a little desperate...]

And I know better than to let what others things dissuade me! But... it does greatly decrease my prospects.... [For girlfriends.]

To Keroro-san??? [What a horrifying thought!] But he is my boss at Hikan Cafe, he'd never forgive me if I asked for him to cook for me instead of being a VIP! Or...maybe he would never forgive me if I wouldn't ask for him to make his most delicious dumplings in the world? What should I do now?

But if bushy eyebrows are a sign of manliness...[Yamazaki can't look at his own eyebrows, but they are not bushy, at all. They're rather thin.] Being too manly can be a bit unattractive for girls sometimes. But if a girl can't see through the spandex and eyebrows she does not deserve your loyalty, Lee-kun!

Oh? Can he not be both?

I suppose that is true. Gai-sensei said that when a person becomes very manly, they call that person a "man's man." So maybe that is why girls are not interested.

I am not certain if she does not deserve my loyalty... But perhaps I should consider looking elsewhere when I get back home.

[But as for home...] Unfortunately, there is a war going on back home and every shinobi is needed, myself and my partner included. Truth be told, I have not yet accomplished my own personal goal back home, either, and that is something I cannot leave unfinished.
