[since the last time he asked for people's suggestions went well, he's deciding to give it another shot.] How many of you own pets here or back home? I recently stumbled across this stray- [he flips his camera (albeit somewhat awkwardly) over to zoom in on this cat. of course it doesn't have the cute bow-tie on, but that's what it looks like.] -a couple of days ago, and it followed me home. I've done everything I could to get rid of him, but he's been rather persistent. So I've decided to keep him.

Except I'm not entirely sure what to name him. I've never owned a pet before, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what I could name him. [because let's be real here, the name he's picked out, which so happens to be moonbeams, is a terrible name.]

He does have a certain charm about him, yes.

But Philip hmm? That sounds fitting. [he glances over at the cat who gives a big yawn at the name.] I don't think he's a fan of it though.

[She laughs.] I see he's being picky.

Hm...how about Jaq?

[the cat stretches languidly as it's ears flick.]

Jaq sounds like a good name. But I can't quite tell if he's interested in it or not.

I'm sure he'll let you know when you find one he likes.

[he sighs.] I just wish this was easier. He seems to not like any of the names I throw at him.

[She laughs.]

I guess I'm pretty lucky. Lassie and Elizabeth already had names when I got them.

That seems to be the consensus with half the people here who have pets. When they got them they already had names. [a pause.] Did you get them from friends who returned home?

...yes. They actually had the same owner.

Well that's nice that they still get to be together.

Mm. I think it made the transition a little easier for them at least.
