[private to Death the Kid. As vital a question as it is, he wouldn't wish to throw any more fuel on the fires.]

Master Kid.

I have pondered this for quite some time, but it is a question I cannot allow to go unasked any longer.

When we return to our homelands, to what end are we made to forget our stay here?

Mostly unasked, but still a good one nonetheless.

According to what we've gathered from those that have gone home and returned, the true answer is mixed: Some from the same timeline have foggy memories of here, and in time slowly recall having been here. But typically these instances are from spending so much time back home that Death City is but a distant memory.

Others, however, return as something of a clean slate. Whether they're from the same timeline or from another one entirely is something I unfortunately can't determine. Trans-dimensional travel is something beyond the reach of even me.

I apologize if the answer was rather lengthy and vague. I wish I had a clearer understanding, myself.
