Nepeta, my partner, returned home. All of her stuff is missing... I guess that means I'll have to move back into the other apartments soon.

[This adds Nepeta to the growing list of partners Rei has failed to hold onto] I'm starting to wonder if maybe it's me...

[It's said affectionately and she closes the door behind him, sighing softly as she looks around the room. There's already some boxes out with nothing in them]

I'm not sure where to begin. It all seems overwhelming already.

[Rei slides an arm around his shoulders, pulling him into an unexpected hug. Her hold is tight, but she takes a deep breath as if to collect herself]

Thank you. Where would I be without you? [She pulls away with a small smile and turns to the kitchen]
