Gamzee? You're still here, right? Did you get lost, do you need help? I can, come find you, just, answer me, okay?

Gamzee? Come on...

[He rubs one eye with the heel of his hand before setting down the communicator with the feed still on, now a bland view of the ceiling. There's some rustling sounds, and when he picks up the comm again he has his coat on.]

Okay, um, if you're busy that's fine, just let me know if you see this, please, if that's okay with you...

[He stands there a moment, stare going vacant, before he shakes himself out of it and ends the post.]

[ see, this is where Sollux would normally fire off some kind of cripplingly barbed insult regardless of the delicacy of the situation. normally. as it is, he's just left listening and thinking for a long while, digging up and ultimately discarding a whole minute's worth of failed conversational starts and bad beginnings. ]

All depends if he can even use his communicator like everyone else.
