I believe I have overworked myself [She coughs a bit. It's light and does not sound bad, but it's clear she's gotten herself a bit of a cold.] so I wanted to remind everyone else that they should be careful, and not forget to rest.

[She smiles at the camera.] That means you, Mister Mustang, Spirit, and everyone else who is always doing more than they should.

[Private to Nataku and Sherlock.] Please, don't worry, it's just a little cold. I could still work if I decided to, but I thought it best to rest. [/filter]

[She folds her arms, pouting.] I know, that's why I'm home and not helping everyone. [There's a small twist to her pout of sadness. Of all times, now was when her body chose to get sick. She hated staying home.]

[He should have seen this coming. Observation skills aside, he had seen the same happen to Watson on occasion.]

Rest as you need. Nataku and myself can handle the house, and the clinic will be fine.

[There...that is what needs to be said. he is so very horrible at this...]

[Mary is also not-so-good at resting, and has only gotten worse since she has been here, where she's allowed to do things like chores.]
Oh, I imagine I can still do my chores at home, it's only a small cold. I wouldn't want to overburden either of you. With someone already sick in the house, it would be too easy for one of you to pick it up if you are too tired as well.

We have no burdens, Mary. You rest and keep to your room. We will remain in the living areas. There will be little worry about 'catching' a thing if we are separated.

[As far as he knows anyway.]

[Mary nods reluctantly.] Okay then.

Excellent.

I will bring in some broth in a few moments.

[Hey he had to survive on his own for several years. He can make simple meals. Which is what a cold needs. Luckily.]

And something from the pharmacy.

[Mary nods and turns off the feed before changing into her bedclothes again. Her dresses might be a bit simpler, but that just made it easier for her to change into what she still considered proper attire for various circumstances.]

[Shuurei looks a bit tired herself and is in the Watch office, where she has been spending a lot of time the past several days. She hasn’t spoken to the girl before and answers softly since it doesn’t seem like she has heard about Roy’s disappearance yet.] I’m afraid the Chief disappeared a few days ago.

[Mary frowns a bit.] Oh, no. That's a shame to hear. How is everyone?

[Shuurei nodded in agreement. Roy was definitely a hard worker and it was strange not seeing him around the office.] We're hoping he'll come back but that BREW thing seems so unreliable.

There is... actually not a lot of work going on here at the moment, which is odd considering the scale of the attack yesterday.

No, but I have Sherlock and Nataku. They're insisting on doing everything for me.
