[Sendo switched on the video feed for his device. He's at the gym at the moment and he's decked out in his training gear. His cat can be seen in the background playing with the strap on his gym bag. ]

Haven't said anything on here in a while. [He's just been busy training and healing. Mostly training though. He has a lot of pent up energy that he can't seem to work off.]

So..uh, how is everyone doing after everything? I’ve been feeling a bit restless after everything myself. Guess my body doesn’t know the fighting is over for the time being.
