You can if you shoot yourself out of a giant gun, de arimasu. And Keronians also have really long lifespans, so having to travel for long periods of time doesn't bother us, de arimasu. It's just when you forget to bring anything to do on the trip that you need cryogenic technology, de arimasu. Long trips can get really, really boring, de arimasu.
