Ichimaru Gin - is this man currently in Death City, and if so, is he partnered with someone.

[He isn't so sure he wants to see Gin, or be found by him. Not quite yet, anyway. That means stearing clear of anyone at all from his world, but asking about any of the others would make it too clear who is asking. It's easy enough to keep out of the way of anyone else, but Gin always manages to sneak up on him all too easily...]

[Ahh, yeah, he thought so. But he wouldn't back down until Kira admitted it.]

You returned. How long has it been for you?

About a year, I believe.

[Sigh. Now almost everyone is ahead of him.]

And...? Have your thoughts about him changed at all?

[He knows what happens to Gin, which is still a matter of concern for him when dealing with him.]

No. I have always believed in him and will always believe in him. Perhaps I did falter at times, but not anymore.

[And now he's slightly disappointed. But his hopes really weren't very high anyway.]

I thought as much.

You know what happened, do you not? Matsumoto-fukutaichou must know...

[He really can't figure out how she can act just the same regardless.]

Yes, she told me about what happens. About why he did what he did.

However, I can't excuse the actions he took to get there. I don't see how you can. [You must know Momo is at the heart of his thoughts.]

No, he did terrible things, but even so, I suppose he only did what he thought was right. I cannot fault him for that.

[Of course, Hinamori is always a major factor to Kira too...]

So it's alright to kill someone just because you think it's right?

[His tone is sharp. Hinamori wasn't dead, but if Aizen and Gin had their way, she would be.]

No. There is not a single circumstance under which it is forgiveable to kill.

...You know I take full responsibility for Hinamori-fukutaichou. I was promised by Ichimaru-taichou if I helped, he wouldn't hurt her, and he didn't. But my naivety did.

[He's about to open his mouth to take up the argument, but they've been over this before and with no solution in sight. He shuts his mouth with irritation but lets it go.]

Very well. Ichimaru is not actively my enemy here at this moment, as it stands.

...I never thought I would hear you say anything like that.

Don't mistake it. It's just that he hasn't done anything here to turn me against him further.

I understand. However, even to say that is rather amazing, all things considered.

[Hitsugaya hopes Kira knows this means that he just won't try to kill Gin, not that he'd ever be buddy-buddy with him.]

It could change easily. He does have a penchant for stirring things up.

He's difficult for anyone to get along with, I certainly don't expect that much.

Good. I'll always be watching him, you know.

I know that, but I'm certain he won't do anything more than playing tricks.
