[The feed clicks on to show the smiling, painted face of a troll. Gamzee's clown paint had been as messed up when he'd arrived as it had been in the Veil, but he's since repainted it. This doesn't hide the three scabbing over claw marks running diagonal from one side to the other.

He stares into the camera for a short while, saying nothing, before giving a wink and a short wave. It's a friendly hello, really. A greeting to those who don't know him and a way to let those that do see that he's back again.

And perhaps to let them know what shape he's in as well.

Then the video shuts off again, and the following message is left in familiar courier text.]

honk.

That makes sense. [People tended to gravitate towards people from their own worlds, she found. It was reassuring to see a familiar face, after all. It made things a little less strange and a little less foreign.]
