february 18: morning / video

[good morning, death city. presenting you with a kind-looking lady who hides nothing behind a pleasant smile. she seems to be sitting in a kitchen as she records this, but other than that there is not much going on. she's finally gathered the courage to post on the network! her brother, sougo, did tell her to be careful--since not everyone was entirely a good guy? (maybe her brother was over protective.) whew. so she's actually going to take care of how much she says in public.]

It has been a few days since I arrived in Death City, and-- it took me a while to get the hang of working this mirror. I was very lucky to have my brother around to help me with it, otherwise I think it would have taken me much longer to understand. I'm told it is very convenient to use it to talk to others and ask about things that I'm not too sure about.

[so how about she starts with some very important issues at hand?]

Has anyone else noticed the two cute frogs who go pikopiko when they walk? They are very small, so I hope they have no problems getting around.

[--not, but seriously. makes a thoughtful expression for a moment before she speaks.]

Hmm... I do actually have a question to ask. Does anyone know where I could get the hottest red pepper or tabasco sauce? I've gone to a few stores but I have come out empty handed. The ones that I have seen getting sold are not very hot, so I wonder if there's a store I haven't been to yet.

I believe I have seen one of the frogs you're talking about! However, he seemed very capable of taking care of himself.

Hm, they do give that impression. I'm just afraid someone might accidentally step on them. They are awfully small!

Oh, Giroro-san did mention that he was a space invader. I would imagine they would have weapons of sorts with them, if that's the case.

Wouldn't firearms be too heavy for them to carry?

Apparently, not. He had a fairly large gun with him. Especially in relation to his size.

I didn't see it with him when I met him...

Oh, are you also familiar with Keroro-san? That's the green one of the two.

Mm, no. I haven't spoken to many people, I'm afraid. Is he as aggressive as Giroro-san?

I don't think he is. I didn't think Giroro-san was very aggressive either; he let me hug him without much trouble.

Ah, but you should have seen him shooting. [ almost wistful. ] I only wish I could be as well-versed with the weapons here as he is!

Well, it is a war. It's important to be able to look after yourself. Especially when there's dangerous people prowling about.

Me? Oh, no. I'm hardly dangerous at all.

Perhaps in the correct circumstances. I've had practice.

[welp, she sure does feel like a burden with her lack of ability to help out in this war.]

Hmm. Can't say I know too well myself. For now, getting healthy, I believe would be my priority.

I was before I arrived here, but now I'm slowly getting better.
