[voice + text] June 17th, evening
It seems as Guests of Shibusen, the Witches have a particular fondness for testing their newly developed Madness devices on us. This is the third or so time they've done as much. Unfortunately, there is generally little to be done to prevent it, as very few of us can ward them off, but information at least, may prove useful. I've compiled a list of the devices and procedures I've witnessed the effects of below.

First off, I'd like to thank everyone that participated in and contributed to the Erinyes operation the other day. Capturing them was a large success for us as well as the city, as we managed to prevent them from coordinating another assault on the city while yesterday's mission was underway.
It seems we caught only a few members of the Erinyes in the end as most were hired security, but among them, two are believed to be core members. They're being detained by the police for the moment, and interrogations of those captured individuals will likely begin shortly.
As well, those who remained on patrol to keep the image of our full force present on the streets were just as critical. A notable lack of presence could have easily warned them something was off and we would've lost our chance. Naturally, I also appreciate those that stayed in the city yesterday, keeping it secure in the case of a quickly coordinated assault in the absence of those that left on the rescue operation..
We've been busy lately, and while I'd like to say we have some time to rest, that's only likely to be true for a few days. But I promise, it shouldn't be as demanding as the Erinyes operation.
There's a Gala being held in a few days- on the 20th, I believe. It will be held at the city park and likely last much of the day and evening. Both the Guests and native civilians will be invited and the Watch is being called in as security detail to handle any conflicts, threats, or drunken patrons as necessary.
Naturally, everyone is free to attend. As the Gala is meant to last most of the day and night however, I believe everyone will have an opportunity to attend before or after their patrol shift. If for some reason that won't work out for some of you, let me know and I'll see if I can alter any arrangements.
We also need volunteers that won't mind being on active duty at the Gala that can keep an eye inside or patrol the perimeter. I'd like two to four people per shift, ideally those with opposing regular schedules to keep timing conflicts to a minimum. You will be paid for your time, of course.
Lee and I will be handling second shift at the Gala, so at most, that shift will need only two more individuals, while first and third remain open. I believe that's everything, feel free to ask any questions.
Hexed-
These individuals were taken into a Witch factory for about a month and experimented on. Once rescued, they could shift into animal forms and seemed to possess higher sensitivity to Madness.
Snake Tail-
Around Halloween, there were Guests found that had ingested Snake Tails at some point before, and went berserk under the influence of Madness. Incomplete information.
Infected Water-
Black Blood polluted the water system in Death City, exposing virtually everyone to varying degrees of Madness, creating chaos in the city that lasted days until the infected filtered through the effects.
Moral Manipulation Machine (MMM)-
Kidnapped victims were subjected to a machine that relieved them of their moral boundaries and inspired loyalty to the Witches. Those altered turned on those that opposed the Witches without mercy. Strong emotional or physical shock seemed most effective in counter-acting the effects.
Madness Emitters-
A device that emits strong waves of Madness over a large regional area, corrupting those within its range. Recently, the Emitters surrounding Shibusen were destroyed, along with a few in other areas. More likely exist.
Black Blood Fragments-
Recent investigations yielded these fragments in some countries. They provoked a feeling of sudden illness with a severity relevant to proximity, and robbed nearby populations of their rationality- a dangerous form of Madness capable of luring the afflicted thoughtlessly to their demise. Fragments are thought to have been part of a container that held Black Blood.
Madness Chips-
Very recently implanted into kidnapped victims, ingraining them with a strong, direct form of Madness capable of granting a semblance of their former abilities back to their hosts. None of these souls seem to have been corrupted into Kishin Eggs and once the chips were removed, it appears they've lost the connection to their former abilities as well. They seem to be recovering fairly decently so far.

[He's still not sure about attending the Gala, but...] And I'm grateful for your help back at the rescue mission. How are you feeling?

[As for how he's feeling, well..]
I'll be moving a little more slowly for a few days, but I'm functional. How are they?
[Tony and Bruce, that is]

Their injuries are healing. [He didn't want to get into specifics about his teammates too much. But he'll answer to a certain degree.] Just need to rest and don't overdo anything.
