For anyone who wants to go looking for Excalibur, I have one word of advice: don't.  [It may have been a couple of days, but Erza's still annoyed by him.]  I don't know how something so annoying became so powerful...

Still, we'll probably need that level of power to end this conflict.  I suppose there's only one obvious course of action to take: I'll just have to become stronger than Excalibur.  [Yes, she's completely serious about this.]

I know our foes aren't unstoppable - we may not need that weapon's power to win, but I just figured that it would help to end this faster.

Most of us didn't know how annoying he was - all we'd heard was that he was a legendary sword that was absurdly powerful.

I suppose we should have suspected that when there wasn't anything guarding the sword beyond a few harmless fairies.

To be honest, if you weren't suspicious then, it's your own fault.

I'm not sure either. Excalibur seems to put active effort into being the most annoying, difficult thing I've ever encountered.

[ Tenten takes her goal as she takes her own goal - to make weapons as powerful as Excalibur. ]

Hm. Are you a Weapon? If so, you can expect company. I'm expecting to make a Weapon as powerful as Excalibur myself. My partner, Santana, will become a death scythe someday.

Good idea. The more powerful Weapons that we have on our side, the better.

They say a Death Scythe could carve through several regular Kishin like they were nothing. I know from Azusa-sensei that Excalibur is at least Death Scythe level, but I think it might take three just to balance him out. [ Her unbridled passion of hatred against Excalibur is definitely stronger than most feelings she has. ]

That was actually mild. If I was trying to be obscene, I'd talk about the guys pulling something else out.

[Erza instinctively punches the on-screen image in the face, before she remembers that it's just that - an image.] Pervert. Besides, I wouldn't be following that thing's example - I'd stick with whoever my Meister winds up being until this war is over and we can go home. [She doesn't have a Meister yet, but she figures that she'll need one to get the most power out of this state.]

So what type of person would be your ideal meister?

I... yes. It is not surprising that everyone would be bothered by him. But that is a very notable goal! All weapons should strive for it!

Thanks. It's too bad that Excalibur wasn't... what we were expecting, but it's probably better to get stronger under our own power anyways. [At least, that's the lesson that she's taking from all of this!]
