second trick | Feb 28, late afternoon | video

[From the looks of it, Loki is at the top of Shibusen's stairs. He's sitting cross-legged on the ground in front of the propped-up mirror, and there is an empty DeathRobbins cup sitting next to him at the edge of the shot.

The Madness wavelength really shook him. He's spent most of today thinking about Things, totally blowing off his job to wander around the park and climb up to the top of the city. Loki is visibly subdued, far from his usual chipper self. Although the ice cream did help a little. He'd heard it might.

But you're hoping to find someone in your situation to commiserate with, aren't you? Even if it is a vague hope, it is still wishing something unhappy upon another.

Hm.

[he frowns slightly, shrugging, and glances away from the mirror as if disinterested.]

It sounds like most of the people you've been speaking with here are satisfied with their family situations.

Better to have a lost loved one than a live person you hate, though. If they miss those that are no longer with them, then at least it means their situation couldn't have been very bad while their family were still alive.
