It's what we call the world of the devils. It's not quite within the human world. [Or rather, it's a mega city inside a spaceship-slash-fish that rests at the bottom of the ocean. But that's hard to explain.

He smiles leniently.] Quite a lot of my world are too, or at least most of the low level ones would appear to you like that, I'd figure. Or is it because of what they do?
